So, you want to know a little bit more about me? That’s perfectly OK, it’s SO important to build the best team around you for your big day!
I’m originally from the UK and my adventure to here began over 13 years ago when my husband, my daughter and I gathered up all our belongings and jumped on a plane to come and see what life was like on the other side of the world.
We can safely say we fell head over heels in love with this country and very quickly made Adelaide our home, we are totally smitten. We live up in the hills where we have added to our family with our Groodle ‘Ted’ who is a mental health support dog and who is incredibly cute – you could get lost in his big brown eyes!
Before becoming a celebrant, I had an amazing career as a midwife, and I have lost count of the number of little lives I have helped bring into this world with each one of them stealing a place in my heart.
Becoming a celebrant was a natural progression for me in this amazing journey we call ‘life’ and a bit of a ‘lightbulb’ moment. I have found ‘my place’ in a job I adore. I have the most amazing connection with all my couples and pride myself in providing them with a unique experience with their story firmly front and centre.
I am very grateful and happy to be in this privileged position where I get to be part of your journey and it is my hope that we build together a ceremony full of the warm and fuzzies, fun, laughter, and tears all whilst being true to everything
you imagined your day to be.
